First off I waant tto say wonderful blog! I had a quick question iin which I’d likke to ask iff you do not mind.
I was curikous to know how you center yourself and
clear your thoughts before writing. I have had trouble clearing my thoughts inn getting my ideas out there.
I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like tthe first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted just trying too figure
out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips? Kudos!

I have always loved writing about my journey through life, and before I used to write 10 articles a week, and then I become a working mom of two and everything went out the window, I found that how I take pleasure in writing today is by making reasonable expectation of what I want to achieve in my writing, before I had the time and headspace to write 1000 words because I could today not so much.
Then I love to write bullet points of the article I want to write because every day in my interaction there is always something useful said that I can use in my article, so after when writing I have the talk points which structure my writing.
